1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require accurate personal and driver details.
  • Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before vehicle handover.
  • GST and applicable charges are included unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

  • The renter must hold a valid driver’s licence (minimum age requirement: [insert age, e.g., 21 or 25]).
  • Additional drivers must be declared and authorized at the time of booking.

3. Vehicle Usage

  • Vehicles must be driven responsibly and in compliance with road laws.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, tolls, and penalties during the rental period.

4. Insurance & Liability

  • Standard insurance is included; however, excess charges may apply in case of accidents or damage.
  • The renter is liable for damages caused due to negligence, reckless driving, or violation of terms.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by booking type; charges may apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [X] business days.

7. Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
